How It Works
Choose your booth, compare its packages and add your event date.
Check availability and secure your booking with a £150 deposit. The balance is due 28 days before your event.
We deliver and set up your booth. With attended hire, your attendant stays throughout your booked session. For self-service hire, we leave everything ready to use and return to collect.
Your guests capture the memories, with digital sharing and prints available with selected packages.
The John Godber Centre on Ogle Street offers rooms for wedding receptions, parties and business events. Its Portland main hall has a stage, dance floor and adjoining bar facilities. For a celebration there, give each activity a place in the plan: guests should be able to enjoy the booth without crossing the performance area or interrupting the meal.

Confirm the booked space and supplier arrangements with the venue. We agree suitability for your chosen booth and actual event.
For a wedding or anniversary, compare print packages if guests should leave with a photograph. Check whether the chosen package includes a guest book before planning that part of the celebration. Digital options suit another preference, while the hosted 360 Booth creates video rather than still-photo prints. Compare the camera, lighting and staffing as well as the look of the equipment.

For a Hucknall birthday or community celebration, include the whole room-hire period in your enquiry: supplier access, guest arrival, the intended booth session and when the room must be clear. A shorter party booking can still need time for setup and collection outside the guest event. We agree a workable arrangement rather than assuming equipment can be left overnight.

For a business presentation or club dinner, tell us when guests can participate and whether speeches or performances divide the evening. Include any organisation artwork early so personalised designs and bespoke work can be discussed. Corporate equipment, staffing and branding are quoted to the agreed programme, plus VAT.

The Centre explains that the Portland hall has same-level access from the rear car park, while access from Ogle Street reception involves stairs. Confirm the supplier route for your booked room with the venue and include it in the enquiry. This distinction matters when bringing in the booth, backdrop and any printer. We agree the final space, power and collection window for your event rather than assuming every entrance is suitable.
Your Hucknall quote depends on the chosen booth, package, operating session and actual venue. Compare the current packages for your preferred model, then check your date with the full address. We confirm delivery and any additional venue requirements before booking. Private-event package prices include VAT; corporate and bespoke work is quoted separately, plus VAT.
The Centre identifies same-level access from the rear car park for Portland; Ogle Street reception access uses stairs. Confirm the event’s supplier route directly with the venue and tell us the agreed instructions.
Send the programme and floor plan, including guest routes. We can discuss the session and equipment position alongside the stage, dining and other entertainment.
Do not assume overnight storage or late collection. Include the time the room must be clear so setup, operation and collection can be agreed in advance.
