How It Works
Choose your booth, compare its packages and add your event date.
Check availability and secure your booking with a £150 deposit. The balance is due 28 days before your event.
We deliver and set up your booth. With attended hire, your attendant stays throughout your booked session. For self-service hire, we leave everything ready to use and return to collect.
Your guests capture the memories, with digital sharing and prints available with selected packages.
Loughborough conference receptions, university celebrations and sports-club dinners need different operating hours. At Burleigh Court or another campus venue, include the room and supplier arrival instructions with your programme. For an evening party, tell us about dinner, speeches and dancing. We will help match the booth and package to the occasion, keeping Loughborough guidance distinct from our wider Leicestershire page.
For a Loughborough wedding, start with your reception venue and evening plans. The DSLR Rustic Heart, in oak or white-stain, gives beautifully lit photos, and we’ll confirm the finish and package for your date.
