How It Works
Choose your booth, compare its packages and add your event date.
Check availability and secure your booking with a £150 deposit. The balance is due 28 days before your event.
We deliver and set up your booth. With attended hire, your attendant stays throughout your booked session. For self-service hire, we leave everything ready to use and return to collect.
Your guests capture the memories, with digital sharing and prints available with selected packages.
Beeston Fields describes wedding ceremonies in its Dining Room and Sun Lounge, with reception facilities overlooking the golf course. The room used for a ceremony may not identify where your evening photograph area belongs. If this is your venue, send the booked reception space and the layout guests will use during the booth session, rather than relying on a general room-capacity figure.
Confirm the booked space and supplier arrangements with the venue. We agree suitability for your chosen booth and actual event.
The club’s oak-panelled Dining Room and brighter Sun Lounge suggest different photograph settings. You might want the room’s character in the pictures, or prefer a selected backdrop for a consistent background. Compare that choice alongside the camera and lighting: a DSLR booth with flash and an iPad-based self-service pod use different equipment even when both have an open format.

For a Beeston birthday or anniversary, the booth can bring together friends and relatives who do not often appear in the same photograph. Decide whether guests should take prints home or enjoy a digital package. For a clubhouse presentation dinner or a business reception around Beeston, share the awards, meal and entertainment programme. The booth session can then be discussed for the moments guests are available, with any club or company artwork included in the brief. The venue advertises parking and accessible routes, but the exact unloading route and equipment access still need to be agreed for your event. Include the whole booth arrangement, backdrop, guests and any print station in the reception plan.
