Record your podcast. Refresh your content.
Use one private studio visit for a podcast episode, personal branding photographs and short videos for your website or social channels. Record your conversation, then rearrange the existing furniture and props for portraits, interviews or product content. Bring your own photographer or videographer, or operate your own equipment.
For a combined session using podcast equipment, book the podcast room for the full time you need, including setup, changes between activities and pack-down. Room hire is £40 per hour; choose the optional £30 audio kit or £60 RØDECaster Video S kit per session. Cameras, lighting and backdrops are arranged separately. No photographer, recording engineer or editing is included.

Record with the RØDECaster Video S
Our optional RØDECaster Video S combines video switching and audio production in one console. Connect compatible cameras, switch between a wide view and individual speakers, and record your conversation with the two supplied RØDE PodMic microphones. Video-source capacity is separate from microphone and guest capacity.
The Video S kit is £60 per session, in addition to room hire at £40 per hour. It is self-operated equipment hire: camera availability, connections and recording storage must be confirmed in advance. Editing, social clips and an engineer are not included.

Podcast studio hire: plan your session
Which kit should I choose?
For a two-person audio conversation, choose the £30 audio kit with the Zoom PodTrak P4. For an audio and video workflow, request the £60 RØDECaster Video S kit and arrange compatible cameras separately. These are alternative kits: you pay for one kit plus your studio time. If you already have a recording setup, book the room and bring your own equipment.
How long should I book?
Include time to carry equipment upstairs, arrange seating, connect microphones, check camera framing and make a test recording. Leave time at the end to save and check your files and pack everything away. A two-hour booking with the audio kit costs £110; the same room time with the Video S kit costs £140. Choose your duration around your planned episode and setup needs.
Where is the studio?
All podcast studio hire takes place at our private Bulkington studio in Warwickshire, near Coventry. Our Birmingham and Leicester pages describe travelling to this same location. Free on-site parking is included, and confirmed bookings receive arrival instructions. The studio is upstairs with stair access; contact us before booking if you need to discuss access or moving heavy equipment.
What should I prepare?
Bring your episode outline, compatible recording storage, power supplies and any cameras you need. Check connections before arrival and allow for a sound test. Review the official RØDECaster Video S setup guide if choosing the video kit. You control the recording and take your own files away; we do not provide an engineer or edit your episode.
