How It Works
Choose your booth, compare its packages and add your event date.
Check availability and secure your booking with a £150 deposit. The balance is due 28 days before your event.
We deliver and set up your booth. With attended hire, your attendant stays throughout your booked session. For self-service hire, we leave everything ready to use and return to collect.
Your guests capture the memories, with digital sharing and prints available with selected packages.
The Westgate Suites describes its Long Eaton venue as a former Victorian mill with two first-floor suites. Its industrial interior gives couples a strong starting point for a reception design: a clean backdrop and an oak pod can sit comfortably alongside exposed character. For a first-floor event, confirm the lift arrangements for equipment with the venue before choosing your booth. Send the suite name and planned room turnaround so delivery can be coordinated with the ceremony and meal.
Choose between a freestanding photograph area and a suitable existing room background. DSLR flash is a useful option when the evening lighting changes, while self-service pods offer a different style of guest experience. The model and package determine staffing and print options.

For an anniversary or birthday in a hired suite, place the booth where arriving guests can spot it and where small groups can wait comfortably. Match the operating period to the celebration rather than leaving it running only during a seated meal.

Long Eaton business receptions can use branded prints as a small keepsake from the event. Share the artwork deadline, guest numbers and the period in which you want the booth available, especially if the same room hosts presentations and a later party.
