How It Works
Choose your booth, compare its packages and add your event date.
Check availability and secure your booking with a £150 deposit. The balance is due 28 days before your event.
We deliver and set up your booth. With attended hire, your attendant stays throughout your booked session. For self-service hire, we leave everything ready to use and return to collect.
Your guests capture the memories, with digital sharing and prints available with selected packages.
Hermitage Park Hotel in Coalville advertises weddings, conferences and private functions, including a Banqueting Atrium and Bar. If you have booked there, include the intended event space in your enquiry. A room used for a meeting during the day can have a very different arrangement for an evening celebration. For a hotel reception, the backdrop and booth finish work together to define the photograph area. The Classic Pod’s oak styling is one option; the other models offer different appearances and camera setups. Compare the DSLR options if flash-lit photographs are central to the brief, alongside the self-service models if you prefer that experience.
