How It Works
Choose your booth, compare its packages and add your event date.
Check availability and secure your booking with a £150 deposit. The balance is due 28 days before your event.
We deliver and set up your booth. With attended hire, your attendant stays throughout your booked session. For self-service hire, we leave everything ready to use and return to collect.
Your guests capture the memories, with digital sharing and prints available with selected packages.
Our Classic Pod has been part of a wedding celebration at Bredenbury Court Barns. The photographs here show our oak DSLR booth dressed with white flowers, a prop crate and a small picket-fence photo area, alongside the evening celebrations beneath the barn’s timber beams and fairy lights.
The oak finish sits naturally within this setting. Your own layout and styling can be agreed around your reception plans, with delivery and availability confirmed from our Warwickshire base.

Classic Pod
For couples who want the booth to feel part of the room, our oak Classic Pod is a natural starting point. At this Bredenbury wedding, white floral styling complemented the timber frame and the personalised welcome screen carried the couple’s names.
The Classic Pod uses a DSLR camera and flash. Compare its packages with the Rustic Heart, or explore our self-service Retro and Heart Selfie Pods if you prefer an iPad option. Check the selected package for print options, attendance and hire duration.
The evening barn photograph shows the atmosphere once guests are on the dance floor. A photo area gives friends and family another way to join in, with room for small groups, props and photographs between dances.
Keep the booth easy to find while leaving clear routes between tables, the bar and exits. We agree the final position and setup window with you and your venue contact.
All of our print packages include a black 8 × 8-inch guest book with 40 pages, plus glue sticks and pens for your guests’ photographs and messages. That is our standard offering, but we know it may not suit everyone’s taste.
If you have chosen a guest book to match your wedding stationery, we are more than happy to use yours. There is no obligation to use ours.

Bredenbury Court Barns is in Herefordshire, HR7 4TB. The venue includes the Oak Barn, Atrium and Orangery, so tell us which space is agreed for your booth and when it becomes available for setup.
Our photographs show one completed wedding layout. The space for your event depends on your chosen booth, background, printer and styling. We confirm unloading access, power, operating space and collection arrangements before booking.
