How It Works
Choose your booth, compare its packages and add your event date.
Check availability and secure your booking with a £150 deposit. The balance is due 28 days before your event.
We deliver and set up your booth. With attended hire, your attendant stays throughout your booked session. For self-service hire, we leave everything ready to use and return to collect.
Your guests capture the memories, with digital sharing and prints available with selected packages.
Cromwell Lodge on North Bar Street advertises weddings in its courtyard marquee. For this kind of reception, decide whether the booth will be inside the main celebration space or in a separate covered area. Include the room or marquee layout with your enquiry so we can discuss the complete setup, including any print station, backdrop and space for guests.
Ask about the booked space and supplier setup arrangements. Venue reference only; no Selfie partnership or previous event is claimed.
An open pod still needs an agreed operating position. Before booking a courtyard or marquee event, ask about suitable power, weather protection and access for equipment. A small pod does not make every outdoor position suitable. We can confirm the proposed arrangement with you once the venue and preferred booth are known.
For a Cromwell Lodge celebration, include the courtyard marquee arrangement in the enquiry rather than only the hotel address. The protected equipment position, power, backdrop and any print station should be planned together. Confirm supplier arrival and collection with the venue so the booth session fits the reception you have booked.
For a Banbury anniversary or business dinner elsewhere, choose whether guests should take printed photographs home or enjoy a digital package. Compare the camera, lighting and operating arrangement behind the booth finish. Corporate branding and bespoke requirements receive their own agreed brief and quote.
For a wedding or anniversary, prints can become part of the evening: guests make a photograph and take a keepsake home. If you mainly want digital photographs, compare the digital packages instead. The live package details explain the operating period, printing and staffing for each option.
For a company celebration, tell us whether you want a discreet booth beside the entertainment or a branded focal point. Share the event brief and artwork requirements when checking availability. Corporate work is quoted separately, with VAT shown clearly.

Include any stairs, restricted delivery arrangements or outdoor plans in your enquiry. We agree practical requirements for your chosen booth before the booking is confirmed.
