How It Works
Choose your booth, compare its packages and add your event date.
Check availability and secure your booking with a £150 deposit. The balance is due 28 days before your event.
We deliver and set up your booth. With attended hire, your attendant stays throughout your booked session. For self-service hire, we leave everything ready to use and return to collect.
Your guests capture the memories, with digital sharing and prints available with selected packages.
We have brought Selfie photo booths to the Oxford Union, Pembroke College and the Oxford University Museum of Natural History. Our own event photographs show the range: a 360 setup in the Union’s wood-panelled rooms, an enclosed booth at Pembroke and an oak photo pod beneath the museum’s vaulted roof.

360 Booth
For an Oxford wedding, choose the booth to suit your room and evening plans. The Rustic Heart’s oak and white-stain finishes give two classic looks for historic spaces, while an enclosed Selfie Booth creates a private photo area. Our Oxford work demonstrates three distinct formats: 360 video at the Oxford Union, an enclosed booth at Pembroke College and a photo pod at the Museum of Natural History. Use those examples to decide what guests should experience. A still photograph with package-dependent prints and a moving-camera video platform offer different keepsakes and require different operating space.
For a college ball or formal dinner, send the exact room, supplier route and programme. For a wedding, include evening guest arrival and any change from dining to dancing. Historic or academic surroundings should be part of a considered photograph plan, with the position and venue permissions agreed for your booked event.
Our 360 Booth has entertained guests at the Oxford Union, with the wood-panelled setting providing a distinctive backdrop to the celebrations. For your ball, graduation or end-of-term party, choose a 360 video experience or a photo booth with digital sharing and optional prints.
We supplied our oak Classic Pod and an under-the-sea backdrop for the Oxford Biological Society Ball at the Oxford University Museum of Natural History. Oxford Biological Society is a student society at the University of Oxford.
Our oak photo pod has been set up at the Oxford University Museum of Natural History, beneath its vaulted roof. We have also supplied the Oxford Union and Pembroke College. For a society dinner, alumni event or business reception, send us your room and programme so we can plan the photos around the occasion. Event artwork and branding can be discussed with your quote.

Our previous Oxford setups include the Oxford Union, Pembroke College and the Oxford University Museum of Natural History. Each setting calls for a different layout: space around a 360 platform, a suitable footprint for an enclosed booth, or a photo pod and backdrop positioned within the room.

Oxford prices depend on your booth, package and venue. Choose your booth and package above to check your date. Private-event package prices include VAT; any additional travel or venue requirements are confirmed before you book. Corporate events and bespoke branding are quoted separately, plus VAT.
Yes. Send us the college or organiser, the venue and your timings, and we'll check availability. Historic venues often have rules about equipment, so we'll agree the setup in advance.
