How It Works
Choose your booth, compare its packages and add your event date.
Check availability and secure your booking with a £150 deposit. The balance is due 28 days before your event.
We deliver and set up your booth. With attended hire, your attendant stays throughout your booked session. For self-service hire, we leave everything ready to use and return to collect.
Your guests capture the memories, with digital sharing and prints available with selected packages.
West Bromwich Albion offers wedding receptions in several suites at The Hawthorns, as well as conference and private-event facilities. A stadium name is only the starting point for your booth plan: identify the suite, the evening layout and the point in the programme when guests will be free to take photographs. A private function and a match-day hospitality booking should not be assumed to have the same supplier arrangements.
Confirm the booked space and supplier arrangements with the venue. We agree suitability for your chosen booth and actual event.
For a wedding, a still-photo booth lets friends, relatives and evening guests create their own pictures beyond the formal family list. Compare the DSLR options if flash-lit photographs are your priority, then look at the available print and digital packages. If you want a guest book, confirm the selected package’s inclusions and give the book and any printer a place in the layout.

For a West Bromwich anniversary or birthday, choose an operating period that gives guests time to return in different groups. A print can become a keepsake of the occasion, while a digital package suits another preference. Think about the background as well as the booth finish: an attractive room feature and a selected backdrop create different photograph settings.

For a Hawthorns conference reception or company dinner, share the room, presentations and breaks with your branding brief. Decide whether the priority is a branded still photograph or a 360 video moment. We confirm the equipment, staffing and session against that brief; corporate and bespoke work is quoted separately, plus VAT.

Ask the organiser which supplier entrance and access window apply to your booked suite. Include the backdrop, any printing equipment and space for guests in the floor plan, keeping doors and service routes clear. We agree power, operating space and collection for your chosen booth before confirming the booking. West Bromwich is the event location; we do not claim an office or preferred-supplier relationship at the stadium.
Your West Bromwich quote depends on the chosen booth, package, operating session and actual venue. Compare the current packages for your preferred model, then check your date with the full address. We confirm delivery and any additional venue requirements before booking. Private-event package prices include VAT; corporate and bespoke work is quoted separately, plus VAT.
Yes. Send the date, booked suite, preferred booth and evening timetable. Availability, supplier access and a suitable equipment position are confirmed for your event.
No. The hosted 360 experience creates video from a moving camera arm. The still-photo booths offer photographs, with prints or digital options depending on the package.
The Hawthorns is included as local venue inspiration. We have not claimed an approved-supplier relationship; your particular booking and venue permissions need confirmation.
