How It Works
Choose your booth, compare its packages and add your event date.
Check availability and secure your booking with a £150 deposit. The balance is due 28 days before your event.
We deliver and set up your booth. With attended hire, your attendant stays throughout your booked session. For self-service hire, we leave everything ready to use and return to collect.
Your guests capture the memories, with digital sharing and prints available with selected packages.
Selfie receives wedding bookings directly from Warwick Castle’s weddings team, which also recommends us to couples. That working relationship helps us coordinate the practical details of your booking while you concentrate on your celebration.
Our Warwickshire base keeps us close to the venue. Share your wedding date, chosen room and planner’s contact details when enquiring so we can agree access, positioning and collection with the team.
Our own event photographs show Selfie booths set up at Warwick Castle. Its weddings team books directly with Selfie and recommends us to couples; we coordinate each booking around the agreed event space.
Classic Pod, enclosed Selfie Booth and 360 Booth
For a polished wedding look, the Classic Pod and Rustic Heart pair oak finishes with DSLR photography, flash and flattering lighting. Choose colour photographs or a black-and-white finish, and personalise your print design with your names and wedding date.
A Magic Mirror gives guests an interactive full-length experience, while an enclosed Selfie Booth creates a more private space for playful group photographs. Compare the packages and choose a booth that suits both your styling and the available space.

If you prefer a self-service option, explore the iPad-based pods. If you want an attended DSLR experience, select an attended package. Your quotation will confirm the operating hours, staffing and inclusions for your chosen booth.

For a 360 experience, allow room for the platform, moving camera arm and a clear guest approach. Tell us your numbers, running order and branding requirements so we can recommend an appropriate setup and provide a corporate quotation.
Warwick Castle is a historic venue, so the right setup starts with the actual event space and the venue’s access arrangements. We will agree a suitable position with your coordinator, taking account of power, delivery access, guest flow and the space needed by your chosen booth.
Please send any supplier instructions and your reception timings before the event. We will confirm delivery and collection arrangements rather than assume access to a particular room or part of the castle.
