How It Works
Choose your booth, compare its packages and add your event date.
Check availability and secure your booking with a £150 deposit. The balance is due 28 days before your event.
We deliver and set up your booth. With attended hire, your attendant stays throughout your booked session. For self-service hire, we leave everything ready to use and return to collect.
Your guests capture the memories, with digital sharing and prints available with selected packages.
The Vox is a conference venue within Resorts World Birmingham on the NEC campus. Its meeting and event setting suits branded photography, delegate engagement and evening celebrations that follow a daytime business programme.

A 360 experience creates short videos and needs safe clearance for the moving camera arm. A still-photo pod is a different format and can be easier to integrate into a compact event design. Share the floor plan so we can compare the options.
