How It Works
Choose your booth, compare its packages and add your event date.
Check availability and secure your booking with a £150 deposit. The balance is due 28 days before your event.
We deliver and set up your booth. With attended hire, your attendant stays throughout your booked session. For self-service hire, we leave everything ready to use and return to collect.
Your guests capture the memories, with digital sharing and prints available with selected packages.
Rosliston Forestry Centre, near Swadlincote, offers woodland ceremonies in The Glade followed by marquee receptions. A photo booth can give the evening a dedicated guest-photograph experience, with a background and booth finish chosen for the reception styling. Explore Rosliston Forestry Centre on the venue website.
Enquire with the date, exact booked space and supplier arrangements. We confirm suitability and availability for your chosen booth.
An oak DSLR pod can complement woodland-inspired styling, while a compact self-service pod offers another way for guests to join in. Think about the finished photographs as well as the equipment: choose a simple backdrop or an agreed part of the reception space, then personalise the print artwork with your names and date.
For a Swadlincote birthday, anniversary or family gathering, give guests a photo area that is easy to spot from the main party. A print package offers a keepsake to take home; digital options suit a different preference. Plan enough room for friends to gather without blocking the bar or entrance.
For a company celebration around Swadlincote or the National Forest, tell us whether the photographs are for a staff keepsake, a branded reception or a wider event campaign. We can discuss the booth, artwork and operating period around your programme, with corporate and bespoke requirements quoted plus VAT.
For a forestry-centre or marquee event, send the precise reception space and the supplier arrival instructions. We agree a sheltered, level operating position, suitable power and the route for delivery. A ceremony in the woods does not mean the booth should operate outdoors.
Compare the current packages for your chosen booth, then send your date and full Swadlincote venue address. We confirm the operating period, delivery and access arrangements in your quotation. Private-event package prices include VAT; corporate and bespoke bookings are quoted separately, plus VAT.
Yes, subject to the chosen booth and an agreed sheltered setup with suitable power and access. Send the exact reception location and venue requirements so we can confirm the arrangement.
Use Check Your Date and send your event date, full venue address and preferred booth. Include the booked room and operating period for a confirmed quotation.
Compare the current packages for your selected booth. Camera, lighting, print features and staffing vary by model; the package details show what is included.
Tell us about the room, doorways, steps or lifts, available power and supplier arrival times. We agree space for the complete booth, any backdrop and a clear guest approach before booking.
Personalised artwork is available with suitable print packages, and branding can be quoted for business events. Send your wording, names, date or artwork brief with the event details.
