How It Works
Choose your booth, compare its packages and add your event date.
Check availability and secure your booking with a £150 deposit. The balance is due 28 days before your event.
We deliver and set up your booth. With attended hire, your attendant stays throughout your booked session. For self-service hire, we leave everything ready to use and return to collect.
Your guests capture the memories, with digital sharing and prints available with selected packages.
The National Conference Centre is located at the National Motorcycle Museum. We cover both names in this guide so you can enquire for a conference, awards dinner or celebration without confusing the venue with the NEC.

A 360 experience creates short videos and needs safe clearance for the moving camera arm. A still-photo pod is a different format and can be easier to integrate into a compact event design. Share the floor plan so we can compare the options.
Include space for the background, printer where required and guests waiting to take part. We agree the final position with you and the event team.
