How It Works
Choose your booth, compare its packages and add your event date.
Check availability and secure your booking with a £150 deposit. The balance is due 28 days before your event.
We deliver and set up your booth. With attended hire, your attendant stays throughout your booked session. For self-service hire, we leave everything ready to use and return to collect.
Your guests capture the memories, with digital sharing and prints available with selected packages.
Leicester Marriott Hotel lists its address at Smith Way, Grove Park, Enderby and promotes meetings, weddings and celebrations. Its Leicester branding can appear on the invitation, while Enderby identifies the location. Include the specific room in your enquiry so the booth discussion relates to the space you have booked. Explore Leicester Marriott Hotel on the venue website.
Contact the venue about your booked room and supplier arrangements. We confirm the suitability of your chosen booth for the actual event.
For a conference event, the available photograph window may sit between sessions or before dinner. For a wedding, guests may return throughout the party. Tell us the programme and expected numbers so we can discuss a suitable operating period, with no assumption that one package format fits both occasions.

For an Enderby birthday, anniversary or family reception, compare the image quality, booth styling and package inclusions together. A print package creates a physical keepsake; a digital option suits a different plan. Confirm the room and preferred session before settling the final arrangement.

A printed photograph can become a personal keepsake; a digital package serves a different brief. For corporate work, decide where branding matters: the photograph design, backdrop or booth treatment. Send the artwork requirements early so bespoke work, equipment and staffing can be quoted clearly, including VAT.

Leicester Marriott’s address is at Grove Park in Enderby. Send the booked room name as well as the hotel name, especially for a conference with several spaces in use. Agree whether the booth is for scheduled breaks, a drinks reception or the evening function, with the room turnaround and supplier setup window included in the programme.
Your Enderby quote depends on the chosen booth, package, operating period and exact event venue. Compare the current packages for your preferred booth, then check your date with the full address. We confirm delivery and any additional venue requirements before booking. Private-event package prices include VAT; corporate and bespoke events are quoted separately, plus VAT.
