How It Works
Choose your booth, compare its packages and add your event date.
Check availability and secure your booking with a £150 deposit. The balance is due 28 days before your event.
We deliver and set up your booth. With attended hire, your attendant stays throughout your booked session. For self-service hire, we leave everything ready to use and return to collect.
Your guests capture the memories, with digital sharing and prints available with selected packages.

Magic Mirror, photographic pods and 360 options
The Magic Mirror combines an interactive full-length experience with DSLR photography and personalised prints. It gives guests a shared activity and a keepsake, with artwork that can reflect your event or campaign.
For a different format, compare the Classic Pod, compact self-service options and the hosted 360 experience. Choose around your audience, room layout and operating hours rather than equipment appearance alone.
For an activation, plan the guest journey from approach to photograph and sharing. Allow a clear area for groups and any queue, especially if guests arrive together before a performance or during a scheduled break.
A 360 setup needs safe clearance for the rotating camera arm as well as the platform. We can compare it with a photographic pod where the layout calls for a smaller footprint.
For a team event or hospitality gathering, the right photographic experience should feel part of the occasion. Share the running order, expected guest numbers and artwork requirements so we can propose suitable equipment, attendance and timings.
Corporate hire is quoted to your brief. Your quotation confirms the booth, operating period, staffing, branding and delivery arrangements for the space agreed with the venue.
bp pulse LIVE is on the NEC campus, separate from the city-centre Utilita Arena Birmingham. Confirm the exact venue and event space when enquiring so delivery and supplier instructions relate to the correct booking.
Share the organiser’s access instructions, power and connectivity arrangements, and setup and collection timetable. We will work around the approved position and event schedule, keeping guest and operational routes clear.
Exhibitions and branded activations are quoted to your brief. Share show dates, build and breakdown times, operating hours, branding, staffing and any lead-capture requirements. Your quotation confirms the equipment, delivery arrangements, event-specific costs and VAT treatment.
