How It Works
Choose your booth, compare its packages and add your event date.
Check availability and secure your booking with a £150 deposit. The balance is due 28 days before your event.
We deliver and set up your booth. With attended hire, your attendant stays throughout your booked session. For self-service hire, we leave everything ready to use and return to collect.
Your guests capture the memories, with digital sharing and prints available with selected packages.
Billesley Manor offers wedding spaces near Stratford-upon-Avon, including the Topiary Garden Suite and more intimate rooms. A photo experience should be chosen around the booked reception space and the atmosphere you want to create for the evening.

For a smaller reception, a compact pod can create a dedicated photo corner without dominating the room. For a portrait-led look, compare the camera and lighting on our DSLR options with the self-service alternatives.
The Classic Pod and Rustic Heart use DSLR cameras with flash. Heart and Retro Pods are self-service iPad options with constant lighting. Compare camera format and attendance alongside the booth’s appearance and your chosen print or digital package.
Make the photo area easy for evening guests to find without obstructing the dance floor, service routes or exits. A still-photo pod offers individual and group photographs; our 360 Booth creates short videos with a hosted operating area.
Include space for the background, printer where required and guests waiting to take part. We agree the final position with you and the event team.
For a company dinner or private business celebration at Billesley Manor, send the event programme and brand artwork requirements. We can discuss personalised print designs and available booth branding, with the equipment, attendance and operating hours confirmed in a tailored quotation.
If you need data capture or a connection to another system, describe the information and destination before booking so we can confirm available functionality. It is not assumed to be part of every package.
