How It Works

Check availability and secure your booking with a £150 deposit. The balance is due 28 days before your event.
We deliver and set up your booth. With attended hire, your attendant stays throughout your booked session. For self-service hire, we leave everything ready to use and return to collect.
Your guests capture the memories, with digital sharing and prints available with selected packages.
The Bedford Swan Hotel offers weddings in central Bedford overlooking the River Ouse. If you are celebrating in a hotel event room, tell us the booked space and timetable rather than assuming the river-facing setting determines the booth position.
