Use the digital QR code in your own event design, or choose a personalised card design or printed cards. Send the upload link in your follow-up message so attendees can contribute after the event too. The service is available independently of photo booth hire.

Confirm access and publishing requirements first.
Galleries are not publicly listed, but anyone with the gallery link can open them. A link-only gallery is not password protection or a company authentication system. Discuss confidential events, restricted access, content approval and any required retention arrangements before ordering.
Ask attendees before using their photographs in public campaigns. Guest uploads are not a replacement for your organisation’s permissions or a professional photography agreement. There is no automatic assumption that every uploaded image is cleared for marketing.
Guests need internet access to upload. Larger photographs are resized and compressed, so retain originals for high-resolution or print requirements. Individual downloads and a Download All option are available. Confirm video requirements, large-event volumes and any special delivery needs in advance.

Corporate photo-sharing questions
Do attendees have to register?
No guest app or account is needed to upload through the QR code or direct link. Attendees use their phone browser and need an internet connection. Your organisation’s device and network restrictions may still apply.
Can we add the QR code to our own event artwork?
Yes. Digital QR supplies the code by email for your own design. The Digital Card and Printed Cards packages include a personalised portrait card design. Confirm any additional branding requirements before ordering.
Is this a lead-capture or registration system?
No. Guest Gallery collects event photographs. CRM integration, attendee registration, lead capture and analytics are not included as standard. Tell us about your brief if you need a separate branded photo booth activation.
Is a photographer or screen slideshow included?
A photographer, live screen display and slideshow are not included in the current Guest Gallery packages. The service provides a gallery, upload link and QR code, with the design or printing options selected at checkout.
