Christmas Party Photo Sharing
One QR code for the photographs across everyone’s phones. Bring together the table photos, team celebrations and moments between the speeches in a gallery shared with your guests.
Guests scan, open the upload page in their phone browser and add their photos. No guest app or account is needed. From £19.99 as a one-off payment.
For the office party, the shared table and the family gathering.
Christmas photographs often end up across several group chats. Guest Gallery gives your invited guests one upload link, whether you are organising a company celebration, a hotel party night or Christmas dinner with friends.
You do not need to hire a photo booth to order a gallery. It can collect candid phone photographs alongside your photographer or a Selfie photo booth experience. Each captures a different part of the celebration.
Make sharing part of the evening.
Before guests arrive
Place your QR code on the tables your group is using, near your welcome sign or beside the guestbook. At a shared hotel party, make clear which company or group the code belongs to.
During the party
Ask your host to give a brief reminder after dinner or the speeches. Guests need an internet connection to upload, so check the venue’s guest Wi-Fi and mobile signal.
The morning after
Send the same upload link in your thank-you message. Guests can contribute photographs they did not upload during the celebration. Download the photographs you want to keep.

A little care with company photographs.
The gallery is not publicly listed, but anyone with its link can open it. Link access is not password protection. Share it with your invited group and ask colleagues before using their photographs in public marketing. Discuss any company security or approval requirements before ordering.
The gallery provides individual downloads and a Download All option. Larger photographs are resized and compressed during upload, so keep camera originals where full-resolution files matter.
Christmas photo-sharing questions
Do colleagues need an app on their work phone?
No guest app or account is needed. The QR code opens an upload page in the phone browser. Internet access and any restrictions on a managed work device still apply.
Can we use this at a shared Christmas party?
Yes. Put your group’s QR code on your own tables or signage and share the link with your invited group. Tell us about multiple companies, separate galleries or special access requirements before ordering.
Can I order cards for the tables?
Yes. The £49.99 package includes 20 printed 6″ × 4″ portrait cards and the digital files. The £24.99 Digital Card option provides a personalised design for you to print. Confirm delivery timing before placing a time-sensitive order.
Does this replace a photographer?
It collects photographs taken by guests. It does not include a photographer, professional coverage or a guarantee that particular moments will be captured.
One link. More of your evening.
