How It Works
Choose your booth, compare its packages and add your event date.
Check availability and secure your booking with a £150 deposit. The balance is due 28 days before your event.
We deliver and set up your booth. With attended hire, your attendant stays throughout your booked session. For self-service hire, we leave everything ready to use and return to collect.
Your guests capture the memories, with digital sharing and prints available with selected packages.
The International Convention Centre brings conferences, awards and association events into central Birmingham. A photo experience can support delegate networking, create a branded arrival moment or add an informal activity after a formal presentation.

A compact pod can support a branded photo moment; a DSLR setup offers a different camera and lighting approach. Tell us whether you want digital sharing, printed keepsakes or a hosted video activity, and we will confirm what is included.
A 360 experience creates short videos and needs safe clearance for the moving camera arm. A still-photo pod is a different format and can be easier to integrate into a compact event design. Share the floor plan so we can compare the options.
