How It Works
Choose your booth, compare its packages and add your event date.
Check availability and secure your booking with a £150 deposit. The balance is due 28 days before your event.
We deliver and set up your booth. With attended hire, your attendant stays throughout your booked session. For self-service hire, we leave everything ready to use and return to collect.
Your guests capture the memories, with digital sharing and prints available with selected packages.
Selfie has worked with the NEC Group team on multiple occasions. At Utilita Arena Birmingham, we supplied a Magic Mirror for concertgoers attending a Tom Grennan performance, positioned in the foyer or concourse area. The experience proved popular, with guests queuing throughout the evening.

Branded photo pods and 360 experiences
Build your photo experience around the campaign rather than the equipment alone. A photographic pod can provide branded portraits and a keepsake, while a 360 booth offers a video moment where the space and event arrangements allow.
Agree artwork, guest instructions and sharing requirements before the event. Tell us what success looks like for your team so the proposed equipment, staffing and operating period support that brief.
Arena events can bring concentrated bursts of guest activity before a main performance or during planned breaks. Choose operating hours around those opportunities and allow enough space for a queue within your approved area.
For 360 hire, plan clearance for the moving camera arm as well as the platform. We will compare that with a photographic pod if the available area or guest flow calls for a different format.
For a hospitality gathering or private event, match the booth to the room, guest numbers and the time available. A compact pod may suit a smaller space, while a larger activation needs a clear position and managed guest access.
We quote corporate hire to your brief, including equipment, operating hours, staffing and branded options. Send any production or agency requirements early so the quotation reflects the full scope.
Supplier access and activation positions need to be agreed with the event organiser and arena team. Share production instructions, loading access, supplier documentation requirements and the timetable for setup and collection.
Confirm power and connectivity for your actual event space. We will plan around the authorised location and schedule, keeping guest circulation and operational routes clear. Availability of an arena space is arranged through the venue or organiser, separately from booth hire.
Exhibitions and branded activations are quoted to your brief. Share show dates, build and breakdown times, operating hours, branding, staffing and any lead-capture requirements. Your quotation confirms the equipment, delivery arrangements, event-specific costs and VAT treatment.
