How It Works
Choose your booth, compare its packages and add your event date.
Check availability and secure your booking with a £150 deposit. The balance is due 28 days before your event.
We deliver and set up your booth. With attended hire, your attendant stays throughout your booked session. For self-service hire, we leave everything ready to use and return to collect.
Your guests capture the memories, with digital sharing and prints available with selected packages.
The NEC — the National Exhibition Centre — brings exhibitors, organisers and visitors together across a large exhibition campus. A photo experience should serve your stand’s purpose, whether that is attracting visitors, supporting a product launch or giving guests a branded keepsake.

Branded photo pods and 360 experiences, subject to your brief
Start with the result you want from the activation. A compact pod can sit within a stand design, while a DSLR booth gives a different photographic finish and lighting setup. We can discuss booth branding and personalised artwork that carries your campaign through the experience.
Agree the guest journey before choosing equipment: where people queue, what they photograph, how they receive the image and what you want them to do next. Your quotation sets out the agreed inclusions.
A 360 booth can provide a visible video experience where the stand layout allows safe clearance for the rotating arm and guests. For a smaller footprint, compare a compact photo pod with a backdrop or a design integrated into your stand.
Plan queue space within your allocated area so neighbouring stands, aisles and emergency routes stay clear. A staffed experience can help guide guests through the activation during busy periods.
For an exhibition hire, share the full schedule, including build-up, show opening and breakdown. We will quote for the operating hours, staffing and branded options you need, rather than assuming a standard evening party package fits a multi-day exhibition.
If you need lead capture, tell us what information you want to collect, how you intend to use it and where it must go. We will confirm available functionality and requirements before you book; integration and campaign results are not assumed.
NEC access is tied to the exhibition and organiser’s instructions. Send your exhibitor manual, delivery schedule, hall and stand details, and any supplier documentation requirements. We will agree the practical arrangements before delivery.
Confirm power, connectivity and the booth position with your stand contractor. Do not rely on venue-wide Wi-Fi for a sharing-dependent campaign without checking the actual provision for your event. Delivery, parking and any event-specific charges are confirmed in the quotation.
Exhibitions and branded activations are quoted to your brief. Share show dates, build and breakdown times, operating hours, branding, staffing and any lead-capture requirements. Your quotation confirms the equipment, delivery arrangements, event-specific costs and VAT treatment.

It depends on the space. The camera arm needs safe clearance as well as room for guests and a queue. Share your stand plan so we can compare a 360 setup with a smaller photographic pod.
