How It Works
Choose your booth, compare its packages and add your event date.
Check availability and secure your booking with a £150 deposit. The balance is due 28 days before your event.
We deliver and set up your booth. With attended hire, your attendant stays throughout your booked session. For self-service hire, we leave everything ready to use and return to collect.
Your guests capture the memories, with digital sharing and prints available with selected packages.
Villiers Hotel promotes wedding celebrations at Buckingham’s Old Town Hall. For a reception in a characterful town-centre venue, choose a photo setup that feels intentional and fits comfortably alongside the room’s existing features. Explore Villiers Hotel on the venue website.
Share the precise function room and the supplier unloading instructions. A town-centre address does not establish the delivery route or available setup time, so those details are agreed before booking the complete arrangement.
An oak DSLR pod and a simple backdrop can work with a classic reception design; a self-service pod offers a different footprint and experience. Personalised prints can carry your names and date while leaving the photograph itself prominent.

Birthday and anniversary photographs work best when guests can gather naturally. Choose a position visible from the main celebration, with a waiting area that leaves doorways and food service clear.

For a Buckingham company dinner or professional gathering, branded photographs can form part of the reception or after-dinner programme. Tell us about guest numbers, presentation times and artwork so the quotation reflects the event.

Compare the current packages for your chosen booth, then send your date and full Buckingham venue address. We confirm the operating period, delivery and access arrangements in your quotation. Private-event package prices include VAT; corporate and bespoke bookings are quoted separately, plus VAT.
Send the booked room, unloading arrangements and any steps or lift details. We confirm the suitability of the chosen booth and the delivery plan before booking.
Use Check Your Date and send the event date, full venue address and preferred booth. Include the booked room and operating period so we can confirm availability, delivery and a suitable quotation.
Compare the live packages for your selected booth. Camera, lighting, prints and staffing vary by model; the package details show what is included.
The requirements depend on the model and backdrop. Tell us about doorways, steps or lifts, available power and supplier arrival times. We agree the complete setup and a clear guest approach before booking.
Branding is available on suitable booth and print options. Send the artwork brief, venue and event schedule for a bespoke corporate quotation, plus VAT.
