How It Works
Choose your booth, compare its packages and add your event date.
Check availability and secure your booking with a £150 deposit. The balance is due 28 days before your event.
We deliver and set up your booth. With attended hire, your attendant stays throughout your booked session. For self-service hire, we leave everything ready to use and return to collect.
Your guests capture the memories, with digital sharing and prints available with selected packages.
Bilston Town Hall advertises rooms for hire, including a Ballroom with a stage and a smaller Alderman Suite. The right booth arrangement depends on the space you book and the event layout, rather than the building name alone. Explore Bilston Town Hall on the venue website.
Tell us whether the booth is for a larger ballroom event or a smaller gathering. Check the equipment delivery route with the venue and agree the position before tables, a stage programme and other suppliers fill the room.
For a Bilston reception, decide whether the guest photographs should use a separate background or a suitable part of the room. A DSLR pod and a self-service iPad pod offer different camera and lighting arrangements, explained on the product pages.
