How It Works
Choose your booth, compare its packages and add your event date.
Check availability and secure your booking with a £150 deposit. The balance is due 28 days before your event.
We deliver and set up your booth. With attended hire, your attendant stays throughout your booked session. For self-service hire, we leave everything ready to use and return to collect.
Your guests capture the memories, with digital sharing and prints available with selected packages.
Whetstone Pastures Farm advertises venue hire for weddings, parties and business events. A hired site can give organisers freedom to design the celebration, but it also makes the booth position part of the wider event plan. Contact the venue about your booked room and supplier arrangements. We confirm the suitability of your chosen booth for the actual event.
If your celebration uses a marquee or temporary structure, include the proposed protected position, power arrangement and guest routes in the enquiry. The backdrop, printing equipment where selected and space for groups all form part of the setup. Do not use the footprint of the pod alone as the measure of what will fit.
