How It Works
Choose your booth, compare its packages and add your event date.
Check availability and secure your booking with a £150 deposit. The balance is due 28 days before your event.
We deliver and set up your booth. With attended hire, your attendant stays throughout your booked session. For self-service hire, we leave everything ready to use and return to collect.
Your guests capture the memories, with digital sharing and prints available with selected packages.
Fairlawns Hotel & Spa describes its wedding setting in Aldridge, with reception spaces, a terrace and gardens. If you are celebrating there, decide where the booth belongs during the evening rather than assuming it should follow guests between every part of the day. Share the booked space with your enquiry. Contact the venue about your booked room and supplier arrangements. We confirm the suitability of your chosen booth for the actual event.
A photograph area can either include an attractive part of the room or use a selected backdrop for a more consistent look. Compare those choices alongside the booth’s camera and lighting. A DSLR pod brings a different setup from an iPad-based self-service model, even where both have an open format.

At a Fairlawns reception, decide whether the evening photograph area should feature the room or a chosen backdrop. Tell us which booked room you want to use, with access times and the proposed location. A terrace or garden mentioned in a venue brochure is not an agreed outdoor booth position; we confirm protection, power and operating space for the actual setup.
Your Aldridge quote depends on the chosen booth, package, operating period and exact event venue. Compare the current packages for your preferred booth, then check your date with the full address. We confirm delivery and any additional venue requirements before booking. Private-event package prices include VAT; corporate and bespoke events are quoted separately, plus VAT.
Any outdoor position needs an agreed suitable arrangement, including protection, power and access. Do not assume a terrace is suitable from the venue description alone.
Compare the print packages and their guest-book inclusions. Confirm the exact chosen option before planning the setup.
Send your date, full venue address, preferred booth and intended operating period. Include the room name or event programme where relevant so we can confirm the booking details.
