How It Works
Choose your booth, compare its packages and add your event date.
Check availability and secure your booking with a £150 deposit. The balance is due 28 days before your event.
We deliver and set up your booth. With attended hire, your attendant stays throughout your booked session. For self-service hire, we leave everything ready to use and return to collect.
Your guests capture the memories, with digital sharing and prints available with selected packages.
Stoke-on-Trent bookings need the exact venue and town, particularly when a ceremony, dinner and evening party take place in different spaces. For King’s Hall, include the function room and supplier setup instructions; for a smaller celebration, a floor plan helps us assess the fit. We will recommend a practical photo window and confirm the equipment, package and access arrangements before the event.
For a reception at a venue like King’s Hall, we’ll plan the booth around your evening room. The Magic Mirror suits a grand hall, while the Rustic Heart brings a softer, romantic look. If your ceremony and reception are in different places, just send both.
For a birthday, prom or family party, decide whether keepsake prints, digital sharing or a 360 video is the priority, and we’ll check the space and package for your venue.
For a conference or civic event, we’ll agree a clear photo area and timings around the programme, and add the organiser’s artwork if you’d like it on the photos.
