How It Works
Choose your booth, compare its packages and add your event date.
Check availability and secure your booking with a £150 deposit. The balance is due 28 days before your event.
We deliver and set up your booth. With attended hire, your attendant stays throughout your booked session. For self-service hire, we leave everything ready to use and return to collect.
Your guests capture the memories, with digital sharing and prints available with selected packages.
Warwick Castle is our recommended Warwick venue, backed by a long-standing working relationship. Selfie is an approved internal and external supplier to the castle, and our work here includes 360 Booth setups, enclosed photo booths and Classic Pod events. For a Warwick Castle wedding, choose the booth around your reception space and the experience you want to give your guests. Our work at the castle includes the enclosed Selfie Booth, the Classic Pod and the 360 Booth. Compare digital photographs, instant-print packages and hosted video options, then share your booked space and evening schedule so we can agree the setup with the castle team.
A Warwick birthday, anniversary or awards celebration can call for a different booth experience. Our enclosed booth offers a private photo space, the Classic Pod brings guests together in front of the camera, and the hosted 360 Booth creates short videos. Our experience extends beyond private celebrations: we have delivered work for Warwick Castle, Merlin and SEA LIFE TRUST. For SEA LIFE TRUST, we created branded photo booth props, shown here, to bring the organisation’s identity into the guest experience. Selfie is an approved internal and external supplier to Warwick Castle. Our genuine event photographs show several booth formats inside the castle, while the Warwick Castle Star Awards 2025 print shows a personalised design created for the occasion.

Our Warwick Castle experience helps us plan around a historic venue, but every event still needs its own agreed setup. Tell us the booked room or event space, supplier arrival window, power arrangements and evening timings. Any outdoor position needs separate agreement with the venue and Selfie. For events elsewhere in Warwick, we will plan around that venue’s layout and access.
Warwick prices depend on your booth, package and venue. Choose your booth and package above to check your date. Private-event package prices include VAT; any additional travel or venue requirements are confirmed before you book. Corporate events and bespoke branding are quoted separately, plus VAT.
