Book Your Podcast Studio Session

Your space for conversations, interviews and video podcasts. Choose your recording time below, from £40 per hour.

One private room, reserved just for your session. Free parking and access at your confirmed booking time.

Before you book

This is self-operated studio hire. Bring your own equipment or select our £100-per-session two-person podcast equipment kit: two RØDE PodMic XLR microphones, a Zoom PodTrak P4 recorder, XLR cables, two FIFINE BM88 boom arms with desk clamps, two Audio-Technica ATH-M50x headphones and USB-C cables. Request a Canon R50/R100 camera in advance if you need video, subject to availability. Furniture and existing props are included. An engineer, recording and editing are not included.

Bring your own storage: Clients must bring their own compatible SD card or recording storage device. Storage media is not supplied. Save and take your recordings with you at the end of your session.

The studio is upstairs with stair access and is not soundproof. Allow time within your booking for setup, a sound check and packing away.

A £30 booking deposit is applied towards your session total. Optional equipment extras are charged separately; any applicable refundable equipment security deposit is shown in the booking form.

Chairs, stools and existing studio props are included in your room hire. Podcast equipment, lighting and backdrops are optional paid extras.

Studio props & seating — included

Style your shoot with our black director’s chair and distressed oak stool. Included at no extra charge. Custom posing steps are being made and will join the collection soon.

Two-person podcast kit

£100 per session

Continuous lighting kit

£20 per booking

A daylight-balanced Phottix Nuada LED panel with stand for portraits, content and video. Supplied separately from the softbox lighting kit. It will be left ready for you; setup, safe operation and packing away are your responsibility.

Softbox lighting kit

£20 per booking

Two 60 × 60 cm softboxes with stands and continuous daylight-balanced LED lighting. This is a separate self-setup kit; please book it only if you are confident assembling and safely using studio lighting.

Backdrop of your choice

£30 per booking

Choose white, plain grey, green screen, textured grey, concrete effect or white marble effect. Black is also available. Browse the photographs below. One reusable backdrop per add-on; tell us your preferred option in the booking notes. It will be left ready for you to assemble and pack away within your booked time.

The photographs show our actual backdrops; the plain white, grey and green images have been retouched to smooth the fabric. Fabric may need steaming or tensioning for your shoot. Select the backdrop add-on when booking and tell us your preferred colour in the notes.

£50 each per studio booking, subject to availability. These walls also go out with our photo booth hires, so please ask us to confirm your preferred wall and date before booking. Wall hire is separate from the £30 reusable fabric backdrop add-on.

Ask about wall availability

Choose only what your shoot needs during booking. A £50 refundable equipment security deposit applies when equipment or a backdrop is booked. It is returned after the items are checked and confirmed complete and undamaged. Other lighting, modifiers and flash equipment may be available on request—contact us before booking. Fresh seamless paper and specialist backdrop requests are quoted separately.
